The Guilde du Jeu Vidéo du Québec and Santé Publique Montréal are teaming up to encourage young people to get vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. For this, an event is organized at the Palais des Congrès and many prizes are to be won. Press release and more information below!

The Quebec video game industry is launching a contest among vaccinated young people in Montreal and will hold 2 days of animation at the vaccination clinic of the Palais des congrès. Initiated by Montreal Public Health and powered by the Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec, the mobilization campaign aims to increase vaccination coverage among young Quebecers between the age of 12 and 25.

Share a photo of yourself with the hashtag #GamerVacciné_e and get a chance to win a scholarship of up to $5,000. In total, $25,000 in scholarships will be distributed to the winners. Posters inviting young people to do so will be visible in the rest rooms of the vaccination clinics of the Montreal Health Network as well as in mobile clinics in high schools. Share your photo with the hashtag #GamerVacciné_e before October 1, 2021 11:59 pm and you will be eligible for the draw. Psst! You can enter the contest if you have received at least one dose of vaccine as of May 25, 2021.

Thematic days at the Palais des congrès
