Parcel Corps Demo: Our Impressions

Parcel Corps Key Art Shared Screen

A mix between Crazy Taxi and Jet Set Radio!

You evolve in an urban environment on the back of a bicycle and you have to deliver packages and food to your customers, like a precarious delivery man in modern times.

To do this, you go from point A to point B in the city, avoiding obstacles and motorized vehicles. You can do a whole bunch of tricks on your bike to earn points, speed and sometimes height.

This naturally makes you take more risks and leads to a possibility of collision with obstacles. The collisions are very frustrating because the character takes long seconds to get back on his feet despite his humorous animation. This may cause you to lose your mission.

The game is not well optimized, it runs at 20-30 frames per second on Steam Deck and 45 on my desktop computer, which is not very powerful.

It’s just that any other game of the same genre runs better on both platforms. Hopefully it will be better when it comes out.

Parcel Corps has very good potential! First of all because it reminds me of two cult titles, but also because I like the environment, the jokes, the second degree, the handling. That’s why it made me want to test and also follow the project of the Billy Goat Entertainment Inc. studio. and Secret Mode. I think it can become a great game.

The demo and the Wishlist button are available here.
