The Montreal International Game Summit (MIGS) will be held on November 10 and 11, 2026 at the Grand Quay of the Old Port of Montreal. Organized by La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec, in partnership with XP Gaming, the event will bring together developers, publishers, investors and service providers around the current challenges of the industry: discoverability, commercialization, financing and artificial intelligence.
In 2025, MIGS welcomed more than 1,750 participants from 650 companies and 29 countries. Participants reported more than $57 million in business opportunities.
The 2026 edition will offer four stages, a showroom and an Indie Zone to discover local games and studios. The program will cover publishing, live ops and community development. Teams from 007 First Light, Paralives, Deep Rock Galactic, Dead as Disco and Windrose will share their experience.
Two thematic events are planned: the PGC Summit Montréal, dedicated to mobile gaming, AI and business models on November 10, and MIGS Dev Shorts, on November 11, with 20-minute conferences for developers.
Announced speakers include Clint Hocking, Pierre-André Déry, Kris Schoneberg, Tanya Short, Jason Della Rocca, Alex Massé, Sandra Smedegaard Mondahl, Gabriela Siemienkowicz, Samer Abbas and Phil Molodkovets. More names will be announced soon.
Tickets at a preferential rate are on sale on the MIGS website, and registration to become a volunteer is open. The event is supported by the City of Montreal, the Government of Quebec, AMD, Viral Collab and Xsolla, among others.
