December 6, 2023 marked the global release of the aptly named Access controller for PS5, a product that PlayStation has been working on for the past five years alongside the accessibility community. To celebrate the release, Playstation Canada invited a few friends in the community to share their thoughts on what it means to them. You can check it out here.
It’s a controller that will allow a lot of people with disabilities to play many additional games.
What I personally really like is that you can set up multiple button presses on a single button.
The entire interface is very well integrated into the PS5 operating system and multiple settings and configurations exist.
