The Pokémon Company has announced on its official website that the free Pokemon TV app is going to be discontinued. It has already been removed from Nintendo eShop, Google Play, and the App Store.

Those who have downloaded it can still enjoy episodes of the Pokemon animated series that were available to stream on the app until March 2024.

After that, the app will no longer serve any purpose on your Nintendo Switch or smartphone.

The Pokémon Company has provided a current list of streaming video-on-demand services where one can view the different seasons and movies, taken from the cartoon. The list is valid for the United States, it is not known what is valid in Canada or France.

Needless to say, you’ll need several subscriptions to see everything. With more than 20 seasons spread over 8 services, you’ve got plenty of material.

It’s time to do a marathon watching the series on the Pokémon TV app by the end of March 2024 if you want!
