Sometimes, as a video game medium, we sometimes receive what we call press services. This is usually promotional material to tell us about an upcoming game. After all, there are many releases, and it’s hard to stand out. Sometimes, an amazing package can help attract attention.
On the other hand, what happens more rarely is to receive a gigantic box full of riddles and scary gifts to celebrate the anniversary of a local studio.
But that’s what happened when the Red Barrels gang (the Montreal studio behind the Outlast horror franchise) left a very large package outside our door.
