Sixteen years ago, in the heart of Ezo (present-day Hokkaido), Atsu lost everything to a gang of outlaws known as the Yōtei Six. They killed her family and left her for dead, skewered on a burning ginkgo tree in front of her house. But Atsu survived. She learned to fight, kill, and hunt, and after all these years, she returns home with a list of six names: the Serpent, the Oni, the Kitsune, the Spider, the Dragon, and Lord Saito.
The new trailer will give you a glimpse of what Ghost of Yotei has to offer. Beyond the presentation of the Yotei Six, you’ll notice Ezo’s spectacular settings, as well as several of Atsu’s new weapons, some of his new allies, and even a new gameplay mechanic that will allow you to look into Atsu’s past to understand everything that’s been snatched from him.
Pre-orders for Ghost of Yotei will open on May 2, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CEST, and you can choose from several editions, including a Collector’s Edition.
Ghost of Yotei is coming to PlayStation 5 on October 2, 2025.
