What parents need to know

Jumping Jazz Cats is the first game from Montreal-based indie studio Le Catnip Collective and was released on May 20th, 2025.

It is a 3D platform game where players are cats having fun and zooming around while the humans of the Ellington Estate are away. These cats do parkour by running, jumping, sliding, swinging, and bouncing during collaborative and competitive mini-games happening in a colorful decor. Players can choose a cat amongst a list of pre-existing ones and customize it with in-game unlocked accessories, but they can also create their own cat.

Jumping Jazz Cats features a soundtrack that includes 10 jazz songs, six levels to discover the mansion, six mini-games inspired by feline-themed GIFs, and other small games that invite team cooperation and friendly competition. This game is rated as suitable for people over 3 years old, making it a potential party game with your kids.
