On October 28 and 29, 2023, the launch of the video game Super Mario Bros Wonder (available on Nintendo Switch) by Nintendo of Canada took place at the Science Centre in Montreal, Canada.
Super Mario Bros Wonder is the upcoming game in the Super Mario Bros. franchise. It is scheduled for release on October 20, 2023, and it is exclusive to the Nintendo Switch.
Reprising the concept that made the franchise so successful, this game invites players to guide characters through levels that feature many 2D platforms, to use various powers, and to avoid enemies such as Goombas and piranha plants. In this game, Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Daisy, Toad, Yoshi, and Nabbit team up to explore the Kingdom of Flowers.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder introduces new powers such as a fruit that allows you to transform into an elephant and Wonder Flowers with surprising effects.

While the game was indeed officially launched on October 20, 2023, the marketing campaigns about it are far from over , especially in the run-up to Christmas.
What could you find at the Montreal Science Centre?
- A very nice decoration in the colors of the game.
- A photo booth.
- Goodies, cookies, hats, keychains.
- And of course, there are plenty of demo terminals to introduce everyone to the game.
The event was open on both days from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. for all visitors to the Science Center.
