Sea of Stars is a 2D role-playing game scheduled for release on August 29, 2023 for Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
It will be available at release in the following subscription offers: Playstation Plus Extra and Premium, as well as Xbox Game Pass.
It is very inspired by the game Chrono Trigger released in 1994 by Squaresoft on Super Nintendo.
On the eve of its release, the English-language magazine The Escapist published a making-of video of the game’s development. We discover the creators talking about the creative process, the difficulties and pitfalls they have encountered.
